Founded in 2023 by Ilze Osvalda, a Latvian travel designer with over 15 years of experience, retiringlyos was born from a simple idea:

Ilze created this platform to serve travelers who no longer want to rush through life. After working in large agencies and corporate tourism, she saw the need for something softer — a boutique agency where every client feels heard, valued, and unhurried.
